Unfairlove is an app for couples, spouses, and housemates to ask for the things that would make them happy, and to grant each other’s wishes.
Nothing in life is perfectly fair. Unfairlove doesn’t count or compare who did more. It helps you focus on the things that matter most: making the person you love smile.
The Android version is now available on Google Play.
A perfect 50/50 split is a myth
Trying to split chores and childcare exactly 50/50 within a marriage often leaves one or both partners worn out.
Unfairlove isn’t against fairness. It simply stops chasing an ideal that can’t be reached, and puts that energy into making each other happy instead.
There is no scoreboard comparing who did more. There is only a shared record of how much you have delighted each other this month.
Key features
- Wishlist with Love Levels: Note the things that would make you happy, from “Cooking dinner” to “Taking out the trash without being reminded.” The person receiving a wish decides how much love (level 1 to 3) it is worth.
- Spoil each other at your own pace: Browse your partner’s wishlist and do what you can, when you can. There are no deadlines and no quotas.
- A simple “Thank you”: When a wish is done, send back a thank-you reaction with a single tap.
- Suggest, too: Add something you’d appreciate to your partner’s list, so unseen chores can be shared and recognized.
- A record of your love, adding up: See the total joy you’ve brought your partner this month. It’s a shared milestone, not a comparison.
- Multilingual: Available in English, 日本語, Español, Deutsch, and Français.
How it works
- Pair up with your partner.
- Add the things that would make you happy to your wishlist.
- Do a wish from your partner’s list, and report it as done.
- When a report arrives, send back a “Thank you.”
